Telemedicine visits are our preferred method of conducing patient encounters at this time in support of public health. However, there are circumstances which require in-office visits, from necessary physical exams to vitamin injections and body composition analysis. Additionally, we are allowing patients to schedule an in-office visit who have a personal reason to do so.
IF YOU ARE SCHEDULED FOR AN IN-OFFICE APPOINTMENT, WE ASK THE FOLLOWING:
- Do not bring others to your visits unless necessary. A guardian or translator is essential but others can be distracting and take away from your care.
- Bring your own mask. There is a nominal fee if you need us to provide you with one. Make sure your mask covers your nose and mouth while in our office.
- Be free of COVID-19 related symptoms and exposure. If you have been exposed or have symptoms (runny nose, sore throat, cough, fever, shortness of breath or loss of taste or smell) that cannot be attributed to another medical condition, we will ask that you go to your vehicle and await a call from our providers who can determine the best way to proceed with your visit.
We thank you for your understanding - it is for your health benefit as well as ours. Unfortunately, an exposure to our office staff can mean we are not here to provide care to others in need.
