Our physicians pride themselves on providing personal, one-on-one attention in a relaxed and caring atmosphere. A typical visit will begin by talking with your physician (or their resident physician, if they have one) about your current concerns and your health history. An initial examination will be conducted. New lab tests may be used to gain further insight into your health. Following the lab results your physician will work with you to develop a comprehensive and sustainable treatment plan.
We understand that your time is valuable and we do our best to be efficient and on time with every appointment but that is not always going to be possible for our providers. We ask for your patience but you are welcome to check in with the front desk if you feel you are not being attended to in a timely manner.
IF YOU ARE SCHEDULED FOR AN IN-OFFICE APPOINTMENT, WE ASK THE FOLLOWING:
- Do not bring others to your visits unless necessary. A guardian or translator is essential but others can be distracting and take away from your care.
- Masks are required if you have any upper respiratory symptoms otherwise are optional.
- Be free of COVID-19 related symptoms and exposure. If you have been exposed or have symptoms (runny nose, sore throat, cough, fever, shortness of breath or loss of taste or smell) that cannot be attributed to another medical condition, we ask that you change your appointment to a telemedicine encounter. Otherwise our providers will conduct a brief assessment and determine how best to conduct your visit.
We thank you for your understanding - it is for your health benefit as well as ours. Unfortunately, an exposure to our office staff can mean we are not here to provide care to others in need.
